Welcome to Let's Hiply This, the show all about the new fun hiply language of love. I am your host, Claudia Williams. Today I'm practicing Hiply with Ben, who is feeling tarry about asking a girl out and the possible rejection that might go with this. I would venture that we all know this feeling.  I very much empathize with him. As we are practicing Hiply listen for the following Hiply Concepts and Tools - the parts meeting, the Inner Peace Self that is never triggered and can heal, calm and reassure the parts. 

We talk about the concept of leaning into what you resist - because what you resist persists.  We talk about the worst case scenario - because bringing things into the light can help us move through. We try some breathing to calm down and the Hiply it's okay technique to reduce anxiety. 

Because when we heal ourselves we heal the world. Join me in making a difference, one hiply moment at a time. 

Ben is worried about losing his friendship with this girl. He's feeling some anxiety and weight on his chest that is definitely not helpful. He leaves this Hiply practice feeling a whole lot better and wanting to think about all the good things that are happening in his life and all the things that excite him.
