On this episode I am excited to have an interview with Psychotherapist and Coach, Vicki Smith! Vicki specializes in  people pleasing and perfectionism. She also is the host and creator of a fantastic podcast called, Power to the Pleasers.

In this interview, Vicki will help us to understand the differences of people pleasing vs just being a nice person in a quiz I give her called, "People Pleasing or Just Being a Nice Person." We have lots of laughs with this quiz! And I quickly identify how I am still people pleasing in my life. Yelp!

Vicki will also tell us how we can work through our people pleasing tendencies in a way that feels good and safe for us. And if you need support with this, good news! Vicki has resources for you on her website OR you can schedule a one on one session with her.
