as 2022 comes to a close, i’ve brought on my friend iza to chat goal setting, fitness, wellness fads and juicing. she’s one of my favourite health-fluencers (i don’t follow many!) because i find her outlook on fitness positive and refreshing, so i was thrilled to get to grill her on her exercise routines and all that juicing.
