On November 21, 2021 Darrell Brooks drove his Ford Escape through a Christmas parade killing 6 people and injuring over 60 people in Waukesha, Wisconsin. He was out on a $1000 cash bail for domestic violence when this occurred.
He is representing himself and claims to be a sovereign citizen and above the law. Additionally he claims that the court does not have jurisdiction to try this case.....
