Happy New Year lovelies, hope you're well, hope life is being kind to you and I hope you are being kind to you, no matter what is unfolding for you.
I'm so excited to bring you today's podcast with the amazing Natalie Lue, today we are talking about her amazing new book, The Joy of Saying No.

Natalie also has a wonderful podcast, Baggage Reclaim, as well as her four other books that she is self-published:

- Mr. Unavailable and the Fallback Girl,
- The No Contact Rule,
- The Dreamer and the Fantasy Relationship,
- Love, care, trust, and respect.

So today we talked all things people pleasing self-worth and how that manifests into motherhood and into our relationships and how that ultimately affects our own worth. How we can often feel that love and affection are transactional and that we need to say yes and to be giving all of the time to be worthy of what we receive.

I'm just so excited because there is joy in saying no and as scary as it is to say no and worry if people are still gonna like us and love us and want us around and what that can ultimately be bringing up for you on a subconscious level for your inner child, how that can be a scary thought for people not to like you.

But actually in the saying no to others, we say yes to ourselves and we HAVE to start saying yes to ourselves.

So I hope you enjoy this real & honest talk, where Natalie gives us her tips for reclaiming our lives, as much as we did!
