Today's podcast is about martyrdom, especially in motherhood, this quote sums up Martyrdom for me and it's by Carl Jung:
"The greatest burden a child must bear is the unlived life of its parents".
that really hit home for me in so many ways when I first heard it. We teach our children how far we can fly, not by being their biggest cheerleader but by leading by example, being brave and bold with our lives and inspiring our babies to do the same. This is easier said than done when you have limiting beliefs around what your 'role' as a mother is allowed to be and have past being a Mum and having a family... Let's get stuck in beautiful.
