binge watching nine episodes of Ted Lasso into the late night IS self-care and it 100% won't make me tired or grumpy in the morning. 

I have nothing to wear, nothing ! I NEED that stunning jumpsuit from ASOS. I need it. I have to have it. 

I'm gonna do it tomorrow. Definitely. Absolutely.  No excuses. I'm a hundred percent gonna do that tomorrow.

 Those sort of lies we tell ourselves are not the ones that I wanted to talk to you about today. The lies that I wanted to talk to you today are the ones that are underneath all of the others, which are, 

I'm not good enough.
I'm not clever enough.
I'm not brave enough. 
I'm not pretty enough, 
I'm not important. 
I'm not young enough. 
I'm too much. I'm too loud. 
I'm too shy. I'm too sensitive. 
I'm too quiet. I'm too scared. 
I can't do anything right.
I'm a burden to others.
I'm ugly. 
My dreams don't matter.
I have time...

We don't always have time, we aren't guaranteed anything in this world, we have one life and I want you to stop hiding and start living, truly living.
