I definitely just found one of the best introspective healing acts... Ask yourself throughout the day "in this moment, am I at complete and total peace?" If the answer is no, ask... "why not" The answer will arise, and then allow space for that thought to be corrected and healed. We don't need to be the ones to heal it, that's not our role. Give it to the a Higher power, we have the best support system <3
