Jess talks about what NOT to do when getting your significant other onboard and how he leveraged partnerships to build his real estate portfolio. Jess's real estate portfolio consists of new builds, long term rentals, short term rentals and multifamily. He's not one to stay in his lane, he is more than happy to change lanes if the deal is right.
