In today's episode, your amigos talk to Ian Jimeno, a former W2 worker turn 1099er. Ian is a full time real estate agent based out of Denver working with the FI team. Ian walks us through his journey of starting off in community college for a couple of years and eventually transferring to a university to get his degree in Environment Science. From there he gets a good paying job as an environmental consultant and eventually starts househacking in San Diego. Ian talks through his thought process behind leaving San Diego and moving to Denver. He also talks about how his wife played a major role in his success and how important it was for them to be on the same page.
