On today's episode, your amigos interview Ingrid Duque, a full time real estate investor from Atlanta, GA. Ingrid started off her investing journey when she was working her W2 as an Engineer. She and her husband invested in their first property in 2014 and made all the mistakes in the book. Instead of triple down on it, she decided to take a different approach. She decided to plan out her path to investing. Ingrid spent the next 4 years going full speed in her W2 to build her savings so she could be better leveraged to invest in real estate. She relocated several times during those 4 years and took different engineering jobs so she would be better prepared to invest the second time around. Since then, Ingrid has walked away from her W2 and currently owns 50+ units.
