On today’s episode our host Bevin Farrand discusses one of her favorite books, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, where she highlights one particular agreement, “always do your best”.
This agreement can get misconstrued, especially within our society that has put hustle culture on a pedestal. But always doing your best doesn’t necessarily mean doing the most all the time, sometimes doing your best means doing the least.
Putting “always do your best and no more” into practice can drastically change your life, especially for those who are going through major life changes and/or tragedies.
Bevin discusses how this particular agreement helped her after she lost her husband, and steps you can take to use this agreement to change your life as well.
