On this episode of the Do Epic Shit Today podcast, I chat about Mastering Your Morning Routine! After reading through so many self help books I noticed that almost all articles of knowledge have a common theme. A MORNING ROUTINE. Since I’ve started implementing particular practices like; gratitude journal, going for a walk, drinking water, stretching it’s absolutely amazing the effect it’s had on my mental health. By waking up early, we’re able to have a sense of control of our lives as we get to dictate what we want to do, leverage a routine, and ensure that we’re prioritizing ourselves!
