Dr. Terrell Strayhorn is Professor of Education and Psychology at Virginia Union University (VUU), where he also serves as Director of the Center for the Study of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Principal Investigator of grant-funded The Belonging Lab. Since 2016, he owns and serves as president of a successful consulting firm that works with hundreds of corporations, colleges, schools, and leaders each year.
