This topic is something I've wanted to talk about for ages! Why I stopped idolising celebrities..
I definitely grew up idolising celebrities and thinking they were what I should aspire to and I think at some point, we probably all have. But to be honest, I've come to think that it's actually pretty harmful and that's what I want to talk about in this episode.
