There have been two pivotal moments in my life when I encountered rapid and compelling health symptoms, all due to neglecting my intuition.
One instance pertained to a job, while the other related to a relationship.
Both scenarios were entirely incongruent with what I want for my life experience.
Before long, my body clearly signaled the need to exit these situations…and thankfully I listened.
At times, we find ourselves in situations that gradually erode our health, where the connection isn't immediately apparent. These can be a bit harder to ‘diagnose’ but recognizing them and addressing them can be life changing.
