How willing are you to venture out of your comfort zone?

Are you willing to make mistakes?

Are you willing to allow other people to see you not appearing perfect?

Are you willing to take action before you know exactly how everything is going to work out?

Are you willing to make a video even though if feels VERY uncomfortable and you don’t really know what you’re doing?

When it comes to building a business, your willingness to break out of your ‘comfort zone’ is directly related to the success of your business.

Why?

Because most of the things you’re doing are new to you.

Which means they will feel uncomfortable.

AND

Putting yourself out there WILL feel vulnerable.

This is why building a business is so challenging.

It is also why building a business is one of the best pathways for personal growth.

*Note, there is a difference between ‘good’ discomfort that you feel when you’re stretching outside your comfort zone (this is what we want) vs. ‘bad’ discomfort we feel when we’re doing things that feel ‘icky’ or out of alignment for you (this is highly individualized)*

But in order to start stepping out of our comfort zone on the regular, which, yes, you need to do when you build a business, you need to create the capacity in your nervous system to do so.

If you don’t, you burn out or freak out ;) and quit.

We don’t want that! We want long term sustainable success.

So how do you expand your capacity for discomfort?

That’s exactly what I’m sharing with you in this week’s podcast.
