Kip's Beverage Choice: Dead Guy Ale
Sher's Cocktail: Corpse Reviver (variation #8)
1 oz New Riff Malted Rye (or any Bourbon/Rye/Whiskey)
1 oz Cointreau or Orange Curaçao
1 oz Lillet Blanc or Cocchi Americano
1 oz lemon juice (optional)
Shake with ice for about 15 seconds. Pour through strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel twist or a sprig of mint.
