Sher's Cocktail: Dark Side of the Moon Bourtini
3oz Bourbon or rye poured over a berry infused whiskey 'rock'
Sparkling water to top (Sher chose La Croix Limoncello)
To make the 'Rock':
-pureé a handful of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries with 2 TBSP honey shrub and a cup of unsweetened cranberry juice. Freeze in a silicone ice mold.
