Description

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and in this week’s episode I’m sharing an interview with Tracy Frankland that took place earlier this year.

Tracy Frankland is a Breast Cancer Support Coach, Registered Nurse First Assist, co-author in 3 books, speaker, fitness instructor and Breast Cancer Survivor! Tracy shares her journey with breast cancer, from diagnosis to treatment and recovery, all while raising 10-year-old twins. As a nurse, Tracy provides a unique perspective on what it's like to be both a patient and healthcare professional going through a cancer diagnosis. She offers insightful tips and advice for anyone going through a similar situation, as well as for loved ones and caregivers. This conversation is not only helpful for those dealing with breast cancer, but for anyone facing a life transition. Tune in to hear Tracy’s real & down to earth experience - an absolute inspiration and warrior woman!
