In this first episode of the Pre-Zero Sports Talk Show, we discussed the future of sports sustainability and the importance of achieving carbon-neutral sports with Paul Coleman, Co-founder of Fan Mobility, an Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) Consultancy.  We discussed openly what the sports industry is not doing and should be doing to reduce its carbon footprint. Paul provided an overview of what carbon-neutral sports means and its importance, highlighted some challenges the sports industry faces in achieving carbon neutrality, and provided some examples of initiatives that sports teams and organisations have implemented.  Additionally, Paul shared the ways athletes and fans can get involved in the effort to achieve carbon-neutral sports.
The episode concludes by emphasising the need for a concerted effort from the sports industry and fans to work towards a more sustainable future for sports.
