This term is thrown around often, but I don’t think it is fully understood.
I know I didn’t understand it when I first got sober, I just knew from the way everybody talked about it, that I should try not to become one.
But, what does it mean to be a "dry drunk"?
How do we recognize the behaviors of it and how does that affect our recovery?
