You know those things that are just mildly inconvenient—so you don’t do them? That’s where this episode begins. I talk about how even something as simple as digging out my microphone can keep me from recording, and how awareness of those little resistances can shift everything.

From there, I wander into what’s been lighting me up lately—how my VA work has felt almost effortless. Clients keep finding me, projects flow naturally, and it’s all happening in such alignment that it honestly feels fun to watch it unfold. Working with my VA clients gives me something to respond to, and I love how those interactions spark new ideas.

I also share how I’ve been using ChatGPT as part of that creative flow. It gives me something tangible to respond to—ideas to refine, concepts to expand—which keeps my creative energy alive and moving.

And finally, I circle back to something that’s been calling me for a while: creating a Centers podcast series. One month, one center, living and exploring it in real time. The thing that’s held me back before? I’m not a great journaler. But this time, I’m trying something new—recording voice notes instead of writing, and sharing daily check-ins on Instagram as I go.

This is all still in the creation phase—messy, exciting, and real. I want to show that the experiment doesn’t have to be polished to be powerful. It can be fun, fluid, and imperfect… and that’s kind of the point.

Stay tuned—something new is brewing.

Warmly,

Nicole Hoover
