In today’s episode we talk about breathing and I’ll take you through three breathing exercises you can try. These exercises can help calm down your nervous system, reduce your stress levels and help you be present in the here and now.
Breathing is something we take for granted, but when we give ourselves moments to breath with our bodies, instead of just letting them do the work while we remain oblivious to this process, we can find a much deeper understanding of ourselves and this promotes the sense of wanting to do more to look after ourselves and make self-care an important part of our every day life.
