It's Mindful Monday and day 9 of our 31 Days of Self Care Program. Today, I'm talking about  another mindful practice -  Water Meditation.
 
 I'll explain what water meditations is, how useful it can be and then I'll take you through a short Water Meditation. 

There are two water meditations you can do in this episode - they are the same but one has a background sound of water and one does not. I have included the chapter notes for each version:
