Description

Today we're chatting with our resident mindset expert, Jess Durando with Mama Method Wellness. Jess is a licensed clinical therapist, certified nutrition coach, and certified pre-& postnatal coach and teaches an entire module in our 10-module trainers' course. She takes a mind-body approach to helping moms minimize stress, prioritize effective self-care, and improve their mental and physical health. While moms often push the pause button on their own lives once they have children, Jess passionately believes that moms can create simple, sustainable systems to meet their own needs and better manage in motherhood. 

Jess is a mama of 2 children, Owen and Blakely. She lives in Atlanta with her husband, kids and 2 pups. She is a lover of dogs, desserts and adventure.
