We all go through difficult times in life that leave us feeling lost, alone, and hopeless. But no matter how dark the place may seem, there is always hope. In this series, we will explore different strategies for overcoming difficult times and finding the light in the darkness. Each time we come together, we will focus on a specific strategy that we can use to overcome challenges and find hope in the midst of adversity.
