Michael Klim won six Olympic medals in his glittering swimming career, proving himself one of the most versatile and popular swimmers of his generation. A triple Olympian, Klim won medals at each of the three Olympics he participated in. I am a super fan of Michael's and was glued to the television during these Olympics watching him shine bright!

Michael and I discussed his lifestyle and how mindfulness is the foundation of his life. We talked about the common predicament so many athletes face when retirement arises and how he personally dealt with that stage of transition in his life. Being a father of 3 whilst managing a growing business, we talked about ways to balance all the different aspects of life.
