Kimberly Richardson began running after being encouraged by a dentist to join a six-mile race. With the support of friends, she completed the race, leading her to new social circles and ultimately meeting her husband through the running community. Despite setbacks from a car accident causing a serious back injury, Kimberly persisted through therapy and resumed running, although she is currently recovering from a knee injury. She highlights the invaluable support and sense of community provided by runners. Kimberly shares important running lessons, such as being mindful of one's steps and utilizing sidewalks. Her favorite race memory involves discovering her pregnancy the night before a race and still choosing to participate.

Allison and Kimberly discuss their connection to Fostering Together, a resource for foster children and families. They provide support and supplies to connect foster children's needs with community generosity. Kimberly, the founder, started it when unable to continue foster care classes. She partnered with Rachel Webb, forming Fostering Together Gulf Coast. They operate from a 4,000 sq ft building and accept gently used and new items. Kimberly also helps people with nutrition through Richardson Health, assisting in health and weight loss goals.
