We do know that just focusing on the scales can make you feel like you’re not doing enough or you feel frustrated, particularly because it is out of your control.
I encourage you to try reflecting on your own non-scale victories. Keep them in a place that you can see so when you feel despondent about the scale number, to remind yourself about all the victories you have achieved.
