The Northbrook Park District was recently awarded two prestigious “Best of the Best” awards from the Illinois Association of Park Districts, including the Arts in the Park award for enhancing the quality of life in the community through the arts and the Best Green Practices award for taking initiatives to incorporate environmentally friendly business practices and policies.
Established in 1927, Northbrook Park District’s Mission is to enhance the community by providing outstanding services, parks and facilities through environmental, social and financial stewardship.
