Fear with money is created from the way you think about it and the amount of control you believe you have over it.
When you feel at the whim of your circumstances without any real authority or control over your money, that’s when fear takes over.
The antidote to fear starts with changing your relationship to your money and accessing your financial power, regardless of inflation or the stock market.
You have to see it your financial power, claim it and own it. That in itself can be an incredibly triggering process because it all comes down to YOU.
In this podcast, I’m going to give you tools to work through your financial fear, shift your identity with money and claim your financial power.

Notable Quotes
- If I look back on myself seven or eight years ago and where I am now, one of the biggest shifts for me was healing a lot of the fear I had with money. It was one of the biggest blockers that were getting in my way at the moment in my financial journey, and it was one of the things that kept me stuck.
- I don't know that financial fear ever goes away, but I do know that your relationship to the fear and the frequency of the fear and the loudness of the fear is absolutely something that you can start to heal and move through to create many different financial results for yourself.
- Your fear with money comes from how you think about money and how you think about yourself with money.
- If you are trying to take actions from a place of fear in your life with money, you are not likely going to be taking the actions that are going to get you the financial results that you want because the way you think about money and your financial power and your confidence with money, all of that will inform the way that you feel and it informs the actions that you take and then the results that you get for yourself.
- You may find that as you get more clear on who you are and the value you offer, the power you embody and the confidence you will have, you may find other people around you and situations around you that no longer fit and make sense. That can be challenging, but what I'll tell you is on the other side of that is a deeper connection to yourself, a deeper connection to your worth, to your fulfilment, and it is so worth it and necessary.
- Changing your identity with money is an act of courage; it is an act of deep unconditional self-love; it is the act of seeing yourself and your potential
