Description

Welcome to the very first episode of 'A Better World with Adrienne'. Holy Moly! Thank you for being here and being an important part of this new chapter, portal and journey.

In order to alchemize the world and usher in a New Earth, massive change and transformation must occur. The bedrock to A Better World is what I call Self-Remembering.

In this episode, I share my definition of this process (yes it's continual!), my personal journey of Self-Remembering and how it dramatically changed the entire trajectory of my life.

My framework of Self-Remembering is:
1. Recognizing and embodying that there's *nothing* innately wrong with you, you're exquisite as is and that no one can *be you* or *do your soul purpose* like you.
2. Peeling off and healing of the layers we each carry to understand what you've been conditioned to think & feel versus what's your powerful choice at all times.
3.  Soul vs. Skill - how to build skills based in self love once you've remembered who you are at your soul's core and on cellular level.

The self-improvement industry subconsciously programs us that we're wrong, bad, or fundamentally broken.  I am here to REMIND you and help you REMEMBER that you are a magnificent child of the Universe - you were born as pure, whole, unconditional love, and you will always be enough simply because you exist. From this nourished and truthful place, we get dive into all the cool and amazing things you get to DO, BE and LIVE as you contribute to A Better World.

Grab a notebook, pen, and something epic to drink, dear listener, and RECEIVE. Soak up this Self Remembering in this first episode!

Love you deeply,
Adrienne
