Day 18 — Called by Promise (Genesis 12)
God doesn’t begin His redemptive plan with a crowd.
He begins with a call.
In Genesis 12, God calls Abram to leave what is familiar, comfortable, and secure—without giving him a map, a timeline, or all the details. He offers only a promise…and His presence.
Faith doesn’t start with certainty.
Faith starts with obedience.
Abram shows us that walking with God means trusting Him when the future is unclear, choosing promise over sight, and believing that what God has spoken cannot be undone by what we release.
When we stop striving to secure what God has already promised, we discover freedom, peace, and purpose.
