Years after Joseph was sold into slavery, God brings his brothers face-to-face with their past. A famine drives them to Egypt, fear grips their hearts, and long-buried guilt finally rises to the surface.
Conviction isn’t punishment—it’s grace at work. God uses hunger, hardship, and holy discomfort to awaken consciences and begin the work of repentance. Before restoration comes reckoning. Before healing comes honesty.
Sometimes the mercy of God feels like pressure before it feels like peace.
