In this episode, host Jerry St. Pierre talks about financial destruction and how to break free of it. Financial destruction is excessive consumer debt, financial stress, and being in collections, among other things. It is emotionally draining and can leave people feeling trapped and out of control with their spending. Jerry talks about head, heart, and hand alignment, which is a framework to help people coach themselves out of their financial destruction. He suggests taking action steps such as creating a budget and tracking spending, as well as setting financial goals and making a plan to reach them. He also encourages people to seek out professional help if need be. With the right mindset, dedication, and help, financial destruction can be overcome.
