Jonathan Taylor began his real estate career in 1984 with Dale Denton Real Estate in Washington, DC’s Georgetown neighborhood. After graduating college, Jonathan came to DC to live with a friend and found work at Houston’s Restaurant. A chance meeting with Dale Denton of Dale Denton Real Estate launched an unexpected career path into residential real estate. A meeting with real estate developer Wallace Tutt two years later led to Jonathan and Wallace opening their own firm in 1988, Tutt Real Estate, Inc. In 1991 a new stage began, and the firm became Tutt, Taylor and Rankin Real Estate, LLC. Eventually in 2006 the firm became the WDC Metropolitan area’s affiliate of Sotheby’s International Realty, now known as TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. Fast forward, the firm closed over $5 Billion in volume in 2021. We are honored to have Jonathan on the podcast today.
