We tend to think of change as a bad thing. We use terms like out of the blue or blindsided when referring to an unexpected change, and enough of that can set us up for negative assumptions around anything new coming our way.
What if we flipped that? What if we could train our brains to anticipate, welcome and even need change? It's worth a try, and could result in something unexpectedly welcome. How would that be for a nice change?
