Description

Is your body trying to tell you things aren't going so well? Do you think crying is for the weak? Are you wishing to feel better but never feel like that salad and workout do the trick?

That's probably because what's missing goes deeper than a recommended daily dose of vitamins and a few extra hours of sleep. While those are good, chances are your body and your soul are marching to a different drummer and it's causing a rhythm problem.

What we need is to find an agreement between the internal and external worlds, a unified beat with which to dance. A way that our body and spirit coexist in harmony.  A way to come into alignment. It can feel illusive but it's so much more readily available than we imagine.
