In this episode I talk all about getting referrals for your business and the numbers to look for, how to handle an economic downturn in your business, and ways to keep potential employees in the running for being hired.

Getting in front of the right audience can help you get referrals in your business. In my experience, I could present to a room of 60 real estate agents to do a talk, and know when I leave that I may get 4 leads, and 2 actual referrals from that talk. The funnel for getting leads brings it’s own unique challenges, in the episode I share what I learned, so you don’t have to. 

When it comes to staffing your business, there are loads of tips that i’ve learned over the years to keep my business thriving. Something extremely important is that you are always recruiting for new talent and have a constant funnel open for potential new hires. This will allow you to keep your business prepared for when the time comes and the business picks up. I would rather be over prepared then underprepared when it comes to serving customers.
