Description

Nurse Mary is back! She was an ICU nurse at one of the busiest hospitals in the country for 13 years, and now she has her own practice helping people heal from Cardiac events, and prevent them from ever happening in the first place!

I wanted to have her back and tell us how we can detox from the injections the past few years. She’s seen a myriad of heart problems and health problems in her practice since 2020, and she works with patients who are worried about any adverse effects that may happen in the future. I asked her to give us a run down so we can help others detox and live healthily ever after! We covered such a wide variety of topics that can help anyone feel better, have more energy, sleep better, and improve their health, whether or not you have received any injections in the last few years, so I took notes and put the links to everything she recommends in the show notes so it’s easy for you to find them! Please forward to your friends and family members.

Seeding and Feeding your microbiome…aka your gut.

You seed them with foods that are fermented and feed them with foods that are high in fiber. And you need to help the body prevent the spike proteins (in the injections) from cleaving.

She suggests using Nattokinase, which is an enzyme extracted and purified from a Japanese food called natto.  The brand she recommends is Doctor’s Best.

Intermittent fasting also helps the body rebuild and clean house. The official term is “autophagy”. Autophagy is your body's process of reusing old and damaged cell parts. We need to give our bodies a break from digesting food, so it can regenerate. She recommends eating breakfast later in the day and eating dinner 3 hours before bedtime. Another thing that promotes our body’s autophagy is cold shock therapy. When your body gets shocked by cold temperatures, it ramps up its immune response. You are irritating the body in the best way. You can do this with cold plunges or cold showers. Infrared sauna treatments are also an effective way to help your body's immune response. She recommends doing both.

You also want to supplement your diet with Vitamin D with K2, Vitamin C, and NAC. She recommends the Pure Synergy brand: https://thesynergycompany.com/products/d3k2

We also need to stay hydrated, and although it sounds counterintuitive, putting sea salt on your tongue before drinking your water helps you stay hydrated. Celtic salt has magnesium in it, and almost all of us are deficient in Magnesium. I use Redmond RealSalt - that’s straight from an ancient seabed and full of trace minerals. https://redmond.life/
