Description

Do you ever find yourself not motivated?

When it comes to losing motivation a lot of people decide to give up.  You say, “I’m not feeling good.  I’m not feeling up to doing it.  I’m going to do what I feel like doing until I feel motivated.”  That is not what you want to do.

The reason that is a no is that you have to figure out how to move through the resistance in order to get the result you want.  So if you sit around and wait for the resistance to go away you’re putting your life on hold.

In this episode, I'm talking about how to find motivation in life and get things done even when you don't feel like it.

I'll be covering:

Quote:  "At some point, the pain of not doing it becomes greater than the pain of doing it."  Steven Pressfield in his book, The War of Art.

Quote:  “Theodore Roosevelt said, “Far and away the best prize that life has to offer is the chance to work hard at work worth doing.”
