God is the potter; we are his clay (Isa. 64:8). He shapes us for his purposes and plans. He forms us into the image best suited for his intentions and pleasure. However, he has given us the gift of free will. It is our choice to surrender ourselves to the potter and his process of forming vessels that honor and glorify his name.
