The TC Playbook Course launching 1/26/22
Hi I’m Courtney. I have a heart for ambitious women entrepreneurs. In 2015
when I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in real estate, I did so out of
shear desperation to create a lane for myself that would allow me to not only
make a great living, but to also be a present parent for my children. Within a
year of launching my real estate sales career, I quickly realized that I was less
present to my children than I was while working in Corporate America. I was no
closer to my initial “why.”
I decided to re-set my goals to align with my “why.”
I started my company Time Freedom TC in 2018. As the owner of a Transaction
Coordination firm, I no longer have to spend hours away from home showing
properties. I am home when my kids arrive. I can be selective about my clients
because the TC business supplements my income beautifully. I can employ
other women and help women agents which is my main demographic.
While building my brand may have looked effortless from the outside,
launching a business with no real business experience quickly forced me to
realize that entrepreneurship was anything but transparent. In 2020, I began
documenting my experience and learnings via The TC Playbook, a digital
course focused on helping women launch their TC Businesses in 5 weeks
without overwhelm.
