The YML network consists of 8 City Hubs - Milan, Basque Country, Gothenburg, Tallinn, Patras, Prague, Porto, and Dublin. In this season of the Industry 5.0 Leaders podcast, the city hubs of the network are presented. Leaders from each city hub are invited to share their experiences being part of the network. In this episode, a member of the Dublin City Hub, John Power, share his journey within the community. John is a PhD candidate in University College Dublin and the Advanced Metallic Systems Center for Doctoral Training. He is doing research in-situ feedback and control techniques for additive manufacturing. Besides his PhD, John is also also the Dublin City Hub coordinator for YML.
