The YML network consists of 8 City Hubs - Milan, Basque Country, Gothenburg, Tallinn, Patras, Prague, Porto, and Dublin. In this season of the Industry 5.0 Leaders podcast, the city hubs of the network are presented. Leaders from each city hub are invited to share their experiences being part of the network. In this episode, a member of the Milan City Hub, Marco Spaltini, share his journey within the community. The Milan City Hub is one of the founding city hubs of Young Manufacturing Leaders and Spaltini was one of the people that helped bring YML to life. He is a PhD candidate at Politecnico di Milano and his research topic is based on supporting manufacturing companies becoming more sustainable through digital technologies.
