Sachin Latti, Canadian Border Services Agency officer in British Columbia and the heart of "Sachinmotion", discusses his struggles and the discovery of his only resource for staying fit and sane: hitting the pavement and running. With a growing team of support, a community is being built around the concept of hope for first responders & veterans who experience PTSD. His goal: run 7295 kilometres across Canada in 2025 and break the record of 67 days & 10 hours... all while raising money and awareness for veterans & first responders in need of help as they heal from PTSD & mental health illnesses.
