Listen

Description

Have you ever had clients tell you that they don’t want to be in their body today? How about you? Do you feel embodied? Do you know what being embodied can do for your client sessions?

In today’s podcast, Lynn speaks with craniosacral therapist and educator, Suzanne Scurlock, about embodiment and the positive effect it can have on your practice.

Embodiment is your attunement and connection within your body and to your senses. This connection helps down regulate the nervous system and decrease anxiety. It can also tap us into our deeper intuition and knowing.

As clinicians, when we are embodied we are able to better support our clients through both co-regulation and by listening to, not only the cues we are getting verbally and through our brains, but also through the cues we get from intuitive hits and through what we feel.

Listen in to hear more about embodiment and how it can help the healing process.

Both Suzanne and Lynn have courses available to help with this concept of embodiment. Check our Suzanne’s website below for more information and check out Lynn’s Masterclass available on October 15th, 16th or 17th (2025).  The link to sign up for Suzanne’s class is https://shiftnetwork.isrefer.com/go/satpLS/a26926/
