What is your inner identity? Is it time to do some weeding in your personality garden so it truly reflects who you are and want to be?

In today’s podcast, occupational therapist and growth and mindset coach Landy Peek shares her knowledge on addressing the disconnection between our inner identity and building our dream practice. Landy is currently working with business owners in shifting their inner identity to birth a new creation.

Our inner identity is who we are on a subconscious level. The subconscious level is similar to a garden and as we develop family, friends, teachers and many others are planting seeds in our garden that can define who we perceive ourselves to be. The question is do these labels accurately describe who we are.  Landy gives us permission to pull out identities that are not us and to take on the identity of who we see ourselves to be in our desired role.  Living through this identity, aligns you with the creative energy to bring to fruition your desire. You don’t want to miss this challenging and insightful conversation.
