Description

Have you ever ran at a race and saw someone completely barefoot and thought “there’s no way that can be good for your body?” Although it is not a common thing to see, the question is valid. So, in this episode, Australian Podiatrist Dr. Andy Bryant discusses…

Andy Bryant is a podiatrist in Melbourne, Australia.  Through his own personal experience, researching and then clinically, he practices podiatry with a strong musculoskeletal principled rehab process.  As an elite runner himself (in days gone by!), he understands the demands of running on the athletes body.  This leads to a balanced approach to foot health. Minimalist shoes and time barefoot can play a positive role in most runners development.
